The R&R Fitness Studio is about to open on Barrack Street, Castleisland on Saturday evening at 7pm. The studio is based in the old Browne’s Hardware building – across from the former Garda Station.
The brand/title is a derivative of the surnames of founders, Thomas Regan and Mikey Ryan and they claim that the studio is the first dedicated strength and conditioning sports performance fitness centre of excellence in Castleisland.
Multi Faceted Approach
“We have a multi faceted approach to our fitness services and these range from under-age to elite athletes. We will also be providing many services to the general public who want to improve their fitness and health through classes and courses informing and instructing them on the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle,” said Mikey Ryan.
“Our full list of classes, courses, seminars, packages and prices will be available to the general public at our grand opening on this Saturday night, December 12th. at 7pm.
On the night we will be hosting a once off membership sale and raffles which will include free annual membership for one lucky person. We’ll also have lots more spot prizes donated by local businesses,” he said.
