Surprise Guest for Medal Presentation Ceremony
On this Saturday, January 14th., Milltown / Castlemaine GAA Club will host a medal presentation ceremony for the U-12 teams as well as for our minor teams of 2015 and 2016.
By Deirdre O’Sullivan
Parents / guardians are being invited to attend the event at the Nagle Rice Community Centre which will commence at 7.30pm sharp.
We look forward to welcoming our other underage teams and their families to this special occasion too. We will have a surprise special guest to make the presentations! Hot/cold finger food along with teas/coffees will be served.
If you would like to assist with the serving of the refreshments, please contact Deirdre on 086 17 03 332.
Any help would be most gratefully appreciated.
After the medal presentation, we will proceed to Larkin’s Bar and Restaurant where we will make presentations to our senior panel.
€12,600 Lotto Loot at Larkin’s Bar
The presentations to the senior panel at Larkin’s Bar will be followed by our first Lotto draw for 2017. The first Milltown/Castlemaine GAA Club Lotto Jackpot of 2017 is an amazing €12,600. Wouldn’t a win or share be a super way to begin the New Year?
To help ease away those New Year Blues, we are giving away a once off additional prize of a €100 voucher for Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa to one of our lucky ticket holders on the night. We will have our regular consolation prizes on offer too.
So head on out and purchase your ticket on or before Saturday next, January 14th. Good luck to all !
Club AGM on Friday 20th
The annual general meeting of our club will be on Friday January 20th 2017 at 7.30, in the clubhouse.
It will also incorporate the Coiste na nOg AGM. Please note that there are a number of positions in which people are not seeking re-election.
If you or anybody you know wish to be nominated for a position or would like to put forward a motion – please do so before this Friday, January 13th.
The nominations may be forwarded to our club secretary, Mike Carroll, Kiltallagh or e mail to email@example.com
Continually Seeking Volunteers

We are continually seeking volunteers to assist us in the running and management of our ever expanding club.
