These tickets are then entered into the monthly draws for the next year.

You may be aware that Cordal GAA Club has undertaken significant investment over the last few years in the facilities provided in Cordal.

The Tom Wrenn Stand

The figure in totality amounts to over €300,000 as a result we have developed our senior pitch to one of the finest and driest in the county.

In addition to the field development, a spectator stand, The Tom Wrenn Memorial Stand named after our late great chairman and clubman, dugouts a scoreboard, a walking track and a players’ gym have all been added to the clubs facilities.
The Next Step
In 2018 the club undertook to develop our juvenile pitch for the youth of the club which is now being filled, drained and seeded by the Kelly Bros and this we plan to utilise come the middle of 2019.

Like any other Club there is a substantial ongoing maintenance bill required to provide upkeep of these facilities which we need to fund monthly.

Top Class Facilities

So purchasing a €50 yearly lotto ticket helps us greatly to provide top class facilities to our own club and also to other clubs who use our facilities.

We, the Cordal GAA Club executive committee, and our Chairman Maurice Costello would like to thank anyone who has or will purchase a lotto ticket.

The future is bright and may we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
