Credit Unions in Kerry and West Limerick are delighted to ‘lend’ their support to the Kerry senior ladies football squad ahead of the All- Ireland championship final against Meath on this Sunday, July 31st in Croke Park at 4pm.

Kerry LGFA Chairperson Selina Looney said the squad and all associated with it are hugely excited to be in an All-Ireland Final.

“We would like to thank the Credit Unions for coming forward to support our management and team.

Support the Team

“These are challenging times for businesses but our sponsors have shown incredible faith in the LGFA by agreeing to come on board to support us – and I wish to thank them most sincerely for that.

“We are asking for all of Kerry to come out to support this amazing team,” said Ms. Looney.

Both The LGFA and the Credit Union network are very much volunteer-driven organisations with shared ethos and values. Both are embedded within the local community across Kerry and West Limerick.

Sharing Values

Speaking on behalf of Cara Credit Union, Marketing and Development Manager, Siobhan Donnelly said that local Credit Unions and the Kerry LGFA have a common purpose in enhancing the lives of members and communities and they share similar values based on integrity, inclusiveness, fairness and innovation.

“Due to the support we receive from our members, we are delighted to be in a position to support many local clubs and organisations throughout our communities.

Good Luck on Sunday

“We would like to thank the Kerry LGFA, the management and the team for allowing us to share in their success and we wish them well in the final,” said Ms. Donnelly.
