Wedding Bells for Laura and Damien

Many good wishes to lovely Laura Leahy of Carrigeen who married Damien Gurnett recently.

The glamorous and happy couple celebrated in style. Wishing much happiness to Laura and Damien as they embark on a wonderful future together.

A Message From Scoil Mhuire NS

Congratulations to Aisling, Kate, Michaela, Fionn and Mark on receiving their First Holy Communion last Saturday.

They were fantastic. It really was a lovely parish occasion.  Thanks to Mrs. Murphy for preparing the Communion pupils so well, while also leading the school choir on the day ( who by the way sang beautifully). Thanks also to Catherine for providing the great music and to Miss O’ Leary and Mrs Lane for their invaluable input. A big thank you to Father Spillane for the lovely ceremony and to all our families for their goodwill and support.

Thought for the Week

Love. Just that. Love for each other.

Love for animals. Love for nature. Let’s see how much more love we can bring into our daily lives. Let Love fill your heart, your thoughts, your actions.

Apparently it’s what makes the world go round. And of course Lennon and McCartney put it best, Love is all you need.
