On Friday evening, May 31st at 6:30pm runners, joggers and walkers will head for Limerick Road and the registration point for the annual Humphrey Murphy Memorial 5K.
The race / run will get underway further out the road near the Castleisland Desmonds GAA Club grounds at 7pm.
Participants are invited to run, walk or jog for the fun of it and there will be souvenir medals for all participants and prizes for all class winners.
Entry fee is €10 and €20 for a family.
The proceeds will go Glebe Lodge Residential Centre on the Brosna Road, Castleisland.
