Brosna’s Luck is In As Split the Bucket Prize Goes out The Black Banks Again

Pat Scanell from Pat’s Barber Shop, Main Street, Castleisland collected a Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket cheque for €530 on behalf of his cousin and last week’s winner Jimmy Woulfe from Tralee.

This week’s  draw  was held in Lyons’ Bar Scartaglen where  Rachel O’Connell did the honours  on Saturday night.

Rachel dipped deep into the drum and she emerged with Brosna’s Catherine Doran and Heather’s envelope for a €610 win.

It turned out that Catherine is a sister of Marie  Fitzgerald who won €600 in the draw two weeks ago.and the latest win is the family’s third time winning the draw.

Congratulations from all involved in Castleisland Rugby Club and thanks for your continued support. The next draw is on in the Halfway Bar in Ballymacelligott on Saturday night at around 9 pm.

How to Play Split the Bucket

Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.

You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands.
