Elaine Extends Family Split the Bucket Winning Streak and Draws another Serial Winner

At last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket Draw at McCarthy’s Food Store in Currow, Elaine Lyons added to her family’s run of luck in the draw when she collected her cheque for €760 from Brian O’Sullivan.  And she drew local man Michael Cahill’s ticket to make him a three time winner of the draw with a €700 win this time.

The latest Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket Draw was held at McCarthy’s Food Store in Currow on Saturday afternoon.

There, last week’s winner Elaine Lyons collected her winning cheque for €760.

Elaine’s brother Nelius Lyons and sister in law Ruth Horgan-Lyons were previous winners as well as her nephew Cillan and his grandad Tim Horgan.

Elaine dipped into the draw drum and Michael Cahill from Currow won €700. This is his third time winning the draw. The next draw is on in The Fountain Bar on Saturday night at around 9pm.
