Sliabh Luachra Active Retired Network is organising a Positive Ageing Day at Knocknagoshel Community Centre on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 10am to 2pm.
Speakers and topics on the day will include: Dr. Mary Buckley, Geriatrician; a physiotherapist; Muintir na Tire; Fire Safety by a local Fire Service and a First Aid Trainer. Tea, coffee and scones will be provided.
