Tá Seachtain na Gaeilge ar siúl ó 1-17 Márta agus imeachtaí ar siúl in Éirinn agus thar lear. Tugann an fhéile deis do gach éinne an cúpla focal a úsáid a bheag nó a mhór. Tá oíche Ghaelach eagraithe ag an ngrúpa ‘Cúpla focal agus Cupán tae’ in ionad spóirt  na Ríochta  Dé Máirt seo chugainn 11ú lá Márta ó 7.30 go dtí 9.30 iarnóin. Amhráin, ceol, comhrá agus gan dabht cupán tae atá i gceist in atmaisféar pléisiúrtha, tá an ocáid oscailte le haghaidh gach éinne .

Seachtain na Gaeilge is being held this year from 1-17 March with events being held all over Ireland and abroad.. This festival gives people the chance to use the ‘cúpla focal’ or whatever Irish they have. An Irish night is being organised by the group ‘Cúpla focal agus Cupán tae’ in the Ríocht sports centre next Tuesday night, March 11th from 7.30 to 9.30 pm., Irish songs and music, conversation and a cup of tea in a pleasant atmosphere, everybody is welcome.

The group ‘Cúpla focal agus Cupán tae’ meet every Tuesday night at the Ríocht sports centre from 7.30 -9.00 pm and the twenty members really enjoy the occasion. Last week we had the story of Cuchulann, we discussed the issue of the post offices, the cost of health insurance and possibly the most interesting question of all ‘If your dog could talk what would he say’!! There are still five weeks to go in this term and young and old are welcome to attend, Anyway, use as much Irish as you can this week.
