Cahereen Heights Childcare Facility opened its doors in April 2009. Operating in a purpose built unit in the newly constructed estate, the facility is open from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
It caters for a range of ages from two months old to 12 yrs of age and provides an array of flexible packages at competitive rates with full and partime places available.
The facility provides an after-school programme with homework supervision and collection from local schools. The provision of a nutritious, hot meal and evening meal is included in the service.
A Halloween Camp is running all this week from October 28th – to 31st 2014 with Trick or Treat bags, Baking, toffee/chocolate apples, halloween masks, goody box with surprises, fancy dress party, pumpkin carving Halloween stories and lots more.
Halloween camp rates 9.30am to 12.30pm are priced at €12 euro per day for a minimum of two days .
The facility aims to provide a home away from home environment where the children are excited, happy, comfortable and stimulated in a caring environment.
This includes: a careful selection of qualified staff; state of the art educational and sensorial materials and the provision of a physical environment that complements each stage of a child’s development.
The outdoor play area is covered in safety matting that complies with European standards for play areas. A garden completes the outdoor space which is securely fenced. The children avail of this peaceful area twice daily when the weather permits.
