If anyone has a contact number for the people who own / run the King Kebab Fast Food Restaurant at Upper Main Street, Castleisland – they might consider ringing or making contact with them as soon as possible.

Crows have rumbled their rubbish bins and the top-of-the-town is strewn with a lot of the contents.  As those bins will probably be out there until Tuesday morning at least, they’ll continue to be a problem as long as they’re not secured in some way.
I’m sure the restaurant management will want to know and do something about it.

That kind of accident or oversight won’t do their business or reputation any good. Several people taking part in the annual Kerry Hospice Foundation Walk this morning remarked on the state of the area and the fact that it was so out of keeping with the recent trends towards tidiness.

It’s like a reminder of the bad old, pre Tidy Towns days when the streets were all like this. And the area is on the route to Crag Cave as well and that brings its own urgency to the situation.
