Castleisland Golf Club is having its first fundraising event of the year which is being hosted by Ballybunion Golf Club on the coming Friday, April 17th.  The team-of-four format is a great opportunity for players and sponsors alike to help secure the long term future of one of Castleisland’s key amenities and social outlets.
“For Ballybunion to give us the use of their facility to help us raise funds is a fantastic gesture, it’s assuring to know that we have such great friends in the golfing community in Kerry and throughout the country,” said a Castleisland club member.
“This fundraiser will bring 180 plus people through the club-house on the day and we have managed to secure a main sponsor in Pallas Foods in Newcastle West.
“We still have some tee and green sponsorships available so individual or businesses interested in securing a sponsor place should contact the golf club. It should prove to be a great event,” the enthusiastic club member urged.
Anyone interested in playing or would like to be included in the sponsorship of the event should contact:
