This Tuesday evening’s Couch-to-5K session will see its proceeds donated to the Castleisland fund-raising branch of the Kerry Hospice Foundation.
The usual army of ‘couch’ devotees will be on track and anyone who would like to try a session is welcome once they make a donation to the excellent cause.
Members of Castleisland Branch wish to thank everyone who supported their recent Good Friday walk.
“Thanks to everyone who walked, to those who sponsored, all who donated and to the drivers who assisted on the day.
A total of €1,980 was raised for the fund,” said spokesperson, Liz Galwey.
