It’s Cordal Whit Jamboree Weekend

The local Coiste Na nÓg is behind the annual Cordal Whit Jamboree Music Festival which will be held on this Sunday June 5th. and, as usual, the club will hold its Family Fun Day with football matches and athletics at Cordal GAA Club grounds.

 Gates open at 11am and admission is €5 per car. Parents and coaches are asked to have their children at the pitch by 11.30am to have the games starting promptly at 12noon.

Cordal will play Scartaglin in U-6, U-8 and U-10 age groups. Under-age Races for Tiny Tots, U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-12. Mothers and fathers races will be held immediately after the football. Sack and Egg and Spoon Races and Penalty Shoot-Out will follow. A great Fun Family Day out is guaranteed.

Memorial Treasure Hunt

 On Monday, June 6th at 3pm, a fun filled afternoon around Cordal will be guaranteed when the Thade Rob O’Donoghue Memorial Shield Treasure Hunt will take place starting at Hughes Bar, Admission is €20 per car.
