A quick message from Reidin O’Loughlin to alert members that the St. Mary’s Basketball Club AGM will be held at Castleisland Community College on this Wednesday evening, July 6th at 7pm.
Wanted: Members, Volunteers and Coaches
“All members are invited to attend and we’re always looking for committee members, volunteers and coaches.
“There are loads of opportunities for new members to get involved in the club as players or on the administration side,” said Reidin.
St. Mary’s Basketball Club organises the annual Christmas Blitz in Castleisland every year since 1970 under tournament director, Donal ‘Duke’ O’Connor.
Non-Stop Activity
The mammoth, five day event was the first of its kind in Ireland and the club caters for almost every age of player imaginable during those five days of 9am to 9pm non-stop activity.
