€124,500 Charity Donations to Date

“So far in the 11 years since the Castleisland Races returned to the local sporting landscape a total of €124,500 has been raised by the committee and presented to local charities,” said committee PRO, Pat Hartnett.

“All this has been made possible thanks to the wonderful support and generosity of the people of Castleisland and beyond.

“The committee would like also to thank all our sponsors and especially our main sponsor, Mort Reidy of ROL Construction London – who attended the presentation; the stewards from all the clubs around the area  who came out the night of the fun run to ensure the event went off safely and all who helped in any way,” said Mr. Hartnett.
