Great news this week for credit union members in Castleisland and the local community with Tralee Credit Union opening its doors in Castleisland five days a week and appointing a dedicated team to meet the growing needs of its members in the locality.
Its Castleisland office is now open Tuesday to Saturday from 9.30am to 4.30pm and to 3.30pm on Saturdays.
Testimony to Growing Needs
Helen Geary, Branch Manager Killorglin and Castleisland said that it’s great to open our doors five days a week in Castleisland.
“It’s testimony of the growing needs of our members and further testimony to our commitment as a business in the town and as a partner in the community. Not only are we open five days a week, we are now open throughout lunch each day and have employed a dedicated and experienced team here in Castleisland.
Joining the Team
“Joining my team is Patrick Burke, a Castleisland native who will look after our Castleisland office on a daily basis. Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial services, lending and motor finance.
“We also have Kim Heffernan and Hannah Maunsell both with many years of financial experience in member services, operations and lending in financial institutions and credit unions.
“Having a highly experienced dedicated team looking after the needs of our members demonstrates the high level of personal service we aspire to give our members and will play an integral part in developing the credit union ethos within the local community of Castleisland and surrounding areas,” said Ms. Geary.
Developing the Buisness in Castleisland
Commenting on his role in the local office, Patrick Burke said he is really looking forward to developing the credit union business in Castleisland.
“We have a great team, not only do we offer a wide range of banking services but we have a great lending team so applications and decisions are made here locally. Castleisland is a thriving, vibrant town. For us it’s an exciting time to be part of your credit union, your community. We are open to everyone and welcome new members. We look forward to serving our members and our community here in the coming weeks and months ahead. So, call in and see what your credit union can do for you,” said Mr. Burke.
