Club Fixtures and Results:
Knocknagoshel seniors lost out to Moyvane in round two of the North Kerry league by two points on Sunday last.

The game was played on a rain sodden pitch and the strong winds at times militated against free flowing play. It was a credit to both sets of  players who fought it out under the conditions and some excellent scores were taken by both sides. Knocknagoshel had much the better of the first half going in at half time with a lead of 2-5 to 0-3.

As the wind and rain intensified during the second half  Knocknagoshel found themselves with their backs to the wall against a Moyvane onslaught.

Two Moyvane goals with one coming from the penalty spot were the key scores as Moyvane edged in front before the final whistle. Final score Moyvane 2-10 Knocknagoshel  2-8. Knocknagoshel will welcome Duagh to Willie Walsh Park on Sunday next with an earlier throw in time of 12noon. Membership fees can be paid at this match to club officers present.
