Free Personal Trainer Consultation Initiative at An Ríocht

The management of An Ríocht Health and Leisure Club wish to let you know of the latest initiative to keep the people of their catchment area in the best possible shape.

“We are offering free consultations to people interested in taking up personal training with one of our coaches. It is a fantastic opportunity to set your mind to summer fitness and make use of fantastic facilities here at An Riocht,” said manager Kate McSweeney.

30 Minute Consultation
Cian O’Connor, one of the personal trainers at An Riocht takes up the story of the initiative from there:
“Our new personal training offer is aimed at helping people take their training to a new level. We are now offering our existing members and potential new members the chance to avail of a free 30-minute consultation over two weeks from now up to the first week of June.

“This consultation will involve a discussion with one of our personal trainers about the different personal training options, as well as a lifestyle evaluation and goal setting.

All Fitness Levels

“This is an ideal opportunity for people of all fitness levels to reach their health and fitness goals. “We are also eager to emphasise that when you are a personal training client of ours it isn’t solely gym based, the track, exercise hall and surrounding park area may also be used depending on your preference.

“This consultation service will be free of charge, simply phone us or call into reception to book your place. Don’t miss out,” Cian urged.
