On Wednesday, August 16th Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney was the venue for the U-16 County League final Division 5 meeting of Currow and Kilcummin.

Played in good conditions, Kilcummin proved too strong for Currow on the evening winning the final on a score line of Currow 3-11 to Kilcummin’s 7-20.

Scorers for Currow on the night were: Daniel Kelly 1-5, Garry O’Sullivan 1-1, Bryan O’Sullivan 1-0, Connie O’Connor 0-2, and Aaron Fleming, David Moriarty and Josh McCarthy 0-1 each.

Their next competition will be the East Kerry Championship which is due to commence in mid September.

Good Win for U-13s

On Monday, Currow U-13s travelled to Rathmore to play the home side in the East Kerry League Division 2.

In a good sporting game Currow had the upper hand on their opponents and went on to win the game on a score line of Rathmore 4-13 to Currow’s 5-13.

Their next game will be against Cordal/Scartaglin on Monday, August 28th in Currow at 7pm.

U-11s Continue League Campaign

Our U-11 team continue their East Kerry League campaign this Sunday, August 27th when they will play Fossa in Currow. Throw in is at 12 noon.

U-6s,U-8s and U-10s: Training continues this coming Saturday morning at 10am.
