Tim Horgan, owner of Shoes 4 U in Castleisland and Killarney is the latest winner of Tralee Credit Union’s Members’ Car Draw which took place on Thursday 19th of October.

The presentation was made to the Killarney native, Cordal resident at the Castleisland Credit Union office on Tuesday morning.

Tim drives away with a brand new Ford Focus purchased from Kerry Motor Works.

Absolutely Shocked

“I was absolutely shocked when I received a visit to my shop, Shoes 4 U, up the street here from the office from Patrick Burke. Patrick told me I had won the car draw in my local Credit Union here in Castleisland.

“It took him a while to convince me that I had won. I am absolutely delighted with the win. It’s a gorgeous car,” said a delighted Tim.

Draw Running Since 2008

Tralee Credit Union’s Car Draw has been in operation since 2008 and runs four times a year at a cost of €6 per draw.

Any surplus left over at the end of the year is raffled out to their car draw members in the form of cash prizes at Christmas time.

Their next car draw takes place at the AGM in December.
