On this Wednesday night, November 15th Castleisland will feature on a new TG4 programme ‘Gléasta chun Féasta.’
The programme takes a look at a special day in the life of someone who lives their life through Gaeilge.
Past Pupil
Siobhán Ní Lioncháin is a past pupil of Gaelscoil Aogáin who was taught by her principal Tomás Ó Conchúir.
She is currently employed as an SNA in the school where she puts her Gaeilge to good use every day.
“Is bean álainn í Siobhán agus is iontacht an duine í ag cabhrú leis na leanaí le riachtainisí speisialta” arsa Tomás.
Special Day
In the programme, TG4 takes a look at a very special day in her life, with the First Holy Communion of her son Jayden.
Siobhan felt very privileged to have TG4 shooting the occasion which made the whole day one to remember.
The programme goes out at 8.30pm on Wednesday night on TG4 and you’ll see a lot of recognisable faces featuring on Holy Communion Day 2017 in Castleisland.
