The Fearless Four
Success came as Tralee Credit Union found the fearless four: Evan Greaney, Áine Walsh, Isabella Brosnan and Thomas Kelliher at the Noreen Lynch Annual Schools Quiz 2018
This weekend all over Ireland 25,000 primary school children tested their brain power at their annual Credit Union Schools’ Quiz.
The questions, compiled nationally by primary school teachers covered such general topics as geography, history, music, literature and sport.
Tralee Credit Union held its Noreen Lynch annual Schools’ Quiz on Sunday in the Brandon Hotel Conference Centre, Tralee.
This year, 52 teams participated in the quiz representing 27 primary schools throughout Tralee, Castleisland, Killorglin and surrounding areas.
Delighted with Support
“We were delighted with the support from all the schools who battled it out for the fun filled action packed two hours,” said Siobhán Donnelly, Marketing & Development Executive with Tralee Credit Union.
“It’s Tralee Credit Union’s 50th anniversary so it was great to see such a large number of schools attend this year’s quiz.
“With the talent in the room it was very obvious that the future is in safe hands. Our thanks to all the schools, teachers, students and their families and of course to the Tralee Credit Union’s team for making this event one of the biggest events on the school calendar,” said Ms. Donnelly.
