Lotto Draw at Moynihan’s Bar
The next Knocknagoshel GAA Club Lotto draw will be for a jackpot of €7,000.

The draw will be held in Moynihan’s Bar, Headleysbridge on Saturday, March 3rd.at 10pm.

Tickets are available fro: Kieran’s XL; Leahy’s Post Office; the local bars and usual sellers.
Coaching Workshops
A practical workshop for football coaches working with U-10 and U-12 teams will take place on Tuesday, February 27th. at 7pm. in the indoor hall at St Brendan’s College Killarney

A football coaching workshop aimed at U-14, U-16 and minor club and school coaches will take place on Wednesday, February 21st. at 8pm in Moyderwell Primary School Hall, Boherbee, Tralee. This will be a practical session on games based coaching and conditioned games delivery by Kerry U-16 coaches, James Costello and Pa McCarthy.

The session will demonstrate a series of conditioned games that will focus on improving all aspects of player and team performance.

We would encourage as many people working with our underage teams as possible to attend as these are a great opportunity for coaches to up-skill.
Fixtures and Results
Knocknagoshel seniors lost out by the narrowest of margins to Ballylongford on Sunday in the North Kerry League.

The final score was 0-11 to 1-7. Knocknagoshel play Moyvane on Sunday, February 25th in Moyvane.

Best wishes to Tralee CBS and our own John Walsh who face Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne in the final of Corn Uí Mhuirí on Saturday,February 24th. at 1pm. in Fitzgerald Stadium.
Under-Age Players Registration
Registration for all underage players will take place on Sunday March 11th at 12.30p.m. in the log cabin.

Fees for 2018 are the first child in a family costs €20, the second child costs €15 and subsequent children in a family are free.
Membership Evening
On this Saturday, February 24th. there’s an opportunity for all interested in becoming a member of Knocknagoshel GAA Club for 2018.

You can pop in to the log cabin at the GAA grounds anytime between 6p.m. and 8p.m. to pay the fees.

Membership remains at the same price as last year. An ordinary member pays €30.

Remember only paid up members can ask for tickets for inter county games through the club and membership is necessary to participate in any role within the club.
Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection
Knocknagoshel GAA Club is holding an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club.

Bags can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes,handbags, curtains and towels.
Sympathy to Morrissey Family
We extend our deepest sympathy from all in Knocknagoshel GAA Club to the family of Sarah Morrissey, Cummer who passed away last week.
