Couch to 5K Back on Track at An Ríocht on Tuesday at 7pm.

After a winter of the well attended programme of Track and Tone its slightly more demanding cousin, Couch to 5K is back on track at An Ríocht AC on this Tuesday, March 6th. from 7pm.

The programme will take place each Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. And the programme will be six weeks in duration and sessions will be approx. 35-45 minutes nightly.

Fees Are Only €2 Per Night.

The Couch to 5K programme will have a slightly new format and will involve walking and jogging. It will focus on building up the distance gradually over the six weeks at just €2 per night.

The goal of completing a 5K event can be achieved at the upcoming An Ríocht AC / Kingdom Come 5K on April 22nd in Castleisland.
