U-11 in Jerry Foley Memorial Blitz

Our U-11 team participated in the Jerry Foley Memorial Blitz on Saturday. Played in perfect playing conditions our team played six group games, winning four and losing two. After having a better head to head record with two other teams in the group our team qualified for the final against Ballymacelligott.

In a very even contest which may have gone either way Ballymac were winners in a great sporting game. Well done to the players and mentors on getting to the final.
