SOS for Birdwatch Ireland Member for Injured Gull in Manor, Tralee

If there are any Birdwatch Ireland members in the Tralee area this morning their expertise is needed by a young seagull with suspected damaged wings.

The little bird is ambling around the car park in the Manor West Hotel in Tralee on the town side of the building.

It’s taking refuge between and under cars and is quite listless. The wings are sitting at a wrong angle to its body and not at all streamlined as is usual.

If you know of anyone who could be of assistance to the distressed bird you might be good enough to pass this on to them or ring them with the details.
