Who Wants to be a Referee

Anyone who would like to take up the whistle on behalf of the club should contact Dan Roche, John O’Keeffe or Michael Murphy to ensure they can receive appropriate training.

There is always a need for more referees and you can referee as many or as few games as you like.

A Foundation Level Course for new referees, or those who haven’t been active for a while and wish to attend, will be held in Centre of Excellence in Currans on Friday 8th and Friday 15th February at 7.30pm.

Club Fixtures

Knocknagoshel seniors will play Duagh in the first round of the North Kerry League.

This game is fixed for Duagh on Sunday 10th February with throw-in at 2pm.

Knocknagoshel/Brosna/Duagh minor team will play An Ghealtacht in Division 2 of the County League on Saturday 16th February at 3pm in Knocknagoshel.

Lotto Rises to €8,100

The next draw in the Knocknagoshel GAA Club Lotto will be for a jackpot of €8,100 and will be held in The Village Inn Bar on Saturday 9th of February.

Tickets are available from Kieran’s XL; Hungry Ed’s; the local bars and usual sellers.

Club Memberships Now Due

Membership rates for Knocknagoshel GAA Club for 2019 are: General membership €30, senior players €50, college students €30 and minor players €20.

Benefits of membership are players are insured to play, ordinary members can use the track at the field and can seek tickets from the club for Kerry games.

It is also a great way to show your support for the club.

For anyone who missed out on registration night last week you can contact Dan Roche, John O’Keeffe or Michael Murphy to become a member for 2019.

National Club Draw

Knocknagoshel GAA club would like to thank everyone that purchased tickets for the National Club Draw. 

All proceeds from these tickets stay in the club.  Your support is appreciated.

Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection

Knocknagoshel GAA are holding an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club.

Bags can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes, handbags, curtains & towels. Please note that duvets are not accepted.
