The Late Sr. Patrick Horgan, Presentation Convent, Castleisland and late of Lixnaw

The death has occurred of Sr. Patrick Horgan, (87) Presentation Convent, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and late of Ballyhorgan, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry.

Peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 21st 2019 in the loving care of the matron and staff of Fatima Nursing Home, Tralee.

Predeceased by her loving brothers Tim and John.

Deeply regretted by The Presentation Sisters, her beloved sister Sr. de Sales, Presentation Convent Dingle and Tralee; sisters-in-law Mary in Ballyhorgan and Rita in Abbeyfeale; nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, all extended family, relatives and many friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Generations of school children in the Castleisland area will remember the kind, smiling face of Sr. Patrick during their formative years at the Presentation Convent Primary School –  and at a time when it was needed more than at any other. May God be good to her.

Funeral Arrangements

Reposed at The Presentation Convent, Castleisland on Tuesday evening from 3pm to 5pm followed by removal to Castleisland Parish Church.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am with burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery.
