Sunday is Women’s Well-being Charity Fundraiser Day

A Women’s Wellbeing Charity Fundraiser is being organised as part of Dr.Ailis Brosnan’s cycle from Mizen Head to Malin Head for the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

The event will be held at Ballygarry House Hotel, Tralee on the coming Sunday May 12th from 10am to 4:30pm.

The one day event will help you rest, recharge and reconnect! It’s a day for women to find much needed space for themselves. To leave the stress and strain behind and focus on creating a lifestyle that supports and nourishes.

Tips, Tools and Strategies
Get tips, tools and strategies to take control back and sit in the driver’s seat of your life once again.  There will be a variety of talks and workshops throughout the day that will all have the shared theme of enhancing your well-being and self-care.

Spot Prizes and Goodie Bags

Lots of spot prizes during the day too and goodie bags for the first 20 to register!

Some of the sessions/talks include: Yoga with John Reidy – Yoga for You; Qi gong with Dr. Janice Tucker; Homeopathy with Rebecca Atkinson; Vision Boards with Dr. Ailis Brosnan; Mindfulness meditation with Caroline Corkery Scollard; Smoothie Demo with Dr. Ailis Brosnan; Essential oils with Louise Kelly; Natural products to support wellbeing with Horans Healthfoods; Inspirational words with Elina Renerte and Catherine Brosnan

There will also be a mini reflexology and chair massage sessions throughout the day!

Tickets €55 Each

Tickets per person for the full day event including all the workshops and talks and a healthy lunch are priced at €55 each. All the proceeds will go to the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
