Inspectors’ Glowing Report

The auditors described the shop in glowing terms on the occasion of their visit.

“This is an excellent small shop, well branded with the XL logo both inside and out and was clean and tidy.

“The space in the shop is used very effectively. The auditor was served by Tracey who was very friendly and helpful,” according to their report.

Mystery Shoppers

“These awards are not easily won as the shop and staff are frequently subjected to inspections and mystery shoppers visits so there is huge credit due to all the team of staff.

“They have put in a huge effort to have the shop always looking its best especially over the last six months,” said the auditors.
