Congrats to Loughfouder National School
Congratulations to Loughfouder N.S. who won the Castleisland District section of the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Two Teacher Competition on Friday September 20th at Ballymacelligott GAA Club.
They beat Clogher NS; Derryquay NS and Knockaclarig NS on that day and are through now to the county quarter finals.
Club Fixtures
Knocknagoshel will play Ballydonoghue in the North Kerry Championship on Sunday 13th October at 3pm in Knocknagoshel.
Knocknagoshel/Brosna/Duagh defeated Castleisland Desmonds in the semi final of the Minor North Kerry Championship. They will play Beale in the final with the date and venue to be confirmed.
Coiste Na nÓg
Knocknagoshel/Brosna U14s will play John Mitchels in the final of the District Shield. This game will be played in Ballymac on Wednesday 25th September at 6pm.
Knocknagoshel U12s lost to Scartaglen in the Group B District Final.
Knocknagoshel U10s will take part in a District Blitz in Currow on Saturday 28th September.

Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection
Knocknagoshel GAA Club holds an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club. Bags of clothes can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes, handbags, curtains and towels. Please note that duvets are not accepted.
