The death has occurred of Marie McMahon, nee O’Leary, Churchtown, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and late of Rath, Birr, Co. Offaly and Chicago U.S.A.
Peacefully, on October 22nd 2019, after a long illness bravely borne, in the presence of her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Pat. Sadly missed by her loving family, Maureen and Kevin in Chicago; Colleen in Castleisland and Brian in Mallow; son-in-law Joe, daughter-in-law Noreen; partners Richard and April.
Her adored eight grandchildren: Kieran, Declan, Maura, Aoife, Darragh, Saoirse, Adam and Cian, her brother Patrick in Offaly; sisters Nonie in Connecticut; Sheila in Scotland; Eileen in Missouri; Philomena in Chicago; Monica in Roscommon; her uncle Denny in Dublin; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, carers and many friends.
Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Ciss O’Leary and her brothers Andy and Michael.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Church Street, Castleisland on Thursday evening from 4.30pm to 7pm.
Followed by removal to Castleisland Parish Church.
Requiem Mass on Friday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. John’s Cemetery, Castleisland.
Family flowers only, please.
