Fundraising Draw for Goal Posts
Knocknagoshel Coiste na nÓg is holding a fundraising draw and table quiz to help purchase new goalposts.
There are fantastic prizes on offer in the draw including bed and breakfast and dinner for two at the International Hotel Killarney, a Christmas Hamper worth €100 from Kieran’s XL and a €50 voucher for the Kerry Group store.
Tickets for the draw are available from Kierans XL, local bars and club members.
The draw and table quiz will take place in Moynihan’s Bar on Saturday, November 23rd at 8pm.
Radio Kerry’s Tim Moynihan will be the quiz master and entry to the quiz is just €5 per person.
Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection
Knocknagoshel GAA Club is holding an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club.
Bags of clothes can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the football field.
All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes, handbags, curtains & towels. Please note that duvets are not accepted.
Lotto Pot Up to €9,100
The club’s Lotto draw for a jackpot of €9,000 was held in Walsh’s Bar on Saturday night last. The numbers drawn were 5,9,17,31.
There was no winner of the jackpot. The five lucky dips of €30 each were won by: Aidan Guirey, Abbeyfeale; Donogh Curtin, Knockbrack; Stephanie Hartnett, Abbeyfeale; Patricia Curtin, Knightsmountain and Jack Hegarty, Meenleitrim.
The next draw will be for a jackpot of €9,100 and will be held in Moynihan’s Bar on Saturday December 14th.
Tickets are available from Kierans XL; SuperValu, Abbeyfeale, the local bars and usual sellers.
