Covid-19: Statement From Kerry County Council

During the current public health emergency, Kerry County Council wishes to reassure the public that it is fully committed to providing an ongoing service to its citizens and customers.

KCC is abiding by HSE guidelines and advice in relation to the coronavirus and to ensure full compliance with social distancing requirements.

For example: Kerry County Council is asking members of the public to contact its services and staff by telephone and email.

Additional Phone Staff

Additional staff are being provided to answer phone-calls and email queries.

Should you need to meet with a staff member, you are asked to telephone in advance to arrange an appointment.

Staff are available in all council offices to assist with queries.

The measures are being put in place to ensure that the national guidelines and advice in relation to COVID-19 are implemented for the benefit of members of the public as well as council staff.

Asking for Co-operation

The council is asking members of the public for its cooperation at this time and encourages everyone to abide by the advice being provided by the HSE and the National Public Health Emergency Team.
