The death has occurred of Mary O’Connell, nee Horan, Bawnaskehy, Castleisland and formerly of Knockeenahone, Scartaglen, Co. Kerry.
Peacefully, at home on Sunday 2nd of August 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Thade, son Tim and brother Denis.
Dearly loved mother of Hugh, Joan Ring, Tullylease; Dan and Denis.
Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Jerry, daughters-in-law Eileen, Hannah and Samantha, 13 grandchildren, sisters Nora Daly, Peggy Herlihy and Joan Kerin, brothers-in-law Fr John O’Connell, Bray and Mick O’Connell, sister-in-law Nora Mai O’Connell, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends. May She Rest in Peace.
Funeral Arrangements
A private family funeral will take place on Wednesday at 11am in the Church of Saints Stephen and John, Castleisland.
The funeral cortège will leave Castleisland at approximately 11.45am. Burial in Scartaglen Cemetery.
