Back To School

Wishing all the students of the parish a safe back to school.

I am sure every young person is looking forward to catching up with friends after their long hiatus from the classroom.

Best of luck to the little tots who are starting school and the children transitioning to second and third level education.

Lastly, wishing all of our teachers, special needs assistants and school staff a successful return to their education duties in these extraordinary times.

St. Kieran’s – Dynamic and Exciting

Anyone who tuned in for the St Kieran’s v East Kerry game on Saturday last was rewarded with a thrilling contest.

The favourites, East Kerry, went on to win but not before they had felt the full force of a dynamic and exciting St.Kieran’s side.

I predict some great years ahead for this group of players. Well done to the Brosna contingent who add such a meaningful dimension at management and player level to our district team.

Junior Football Quarter Final

Our very own senior team will take to the pitch, at a neutral venue, against Listry on Saturday.

Follow the game on Brosna Twitter.  We wish the management and team every success in this important game.
