The death has occurred of Laurence ‘Larry’ Griffin, Cloontarrive, Gortatlea, Ballymacelligott, Co. Kerry and formerly of Gurteen, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Peacefully, on October 29th, at University Hospital Kerry.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, his family Sean, Ann and Michael, daughter-in-law Jenny, sister Breege Cosgrove, Galway and brother Bob Griffin in London; brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
A Private Family Funeral
A private family funeral will take place for Laurence with his Requiem Mass at 11am on Monday in Castleisland Parish Church, followed by burial afterwards in Ardcrone Cemetery, Currans, Farranfore.

Funeral Cortège
Please note, the funeral cortège will depart Tangney’s Funeral Home, Castleisland, at 10.30am Monday, on route to Castleisland Parish Church for Mass at 11am and will depart at 12 noon approx on route to Ardcrone Cemetery, Currans, via Laurence’s residence at Cloontarrive.
