We are seeking an experienced and qualified carer to look after our parents on a weekly basis. Ideally, someone very flexible and agile with a desire to become a key member running the household and liaise with family living abroad.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a cheerful, outgoing and energetic person with clear passion for helping others. A real desire to look after the best interests of our parents.
Flexibility is a key must and being available for several hours per day and able to work around parents’ schedule when required.
Qualified working with dementia patients with focus on mind stimulation exercises or engaging experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
Companionship.
Personal care and overall hygiene.
Meal Preparation – preparing breakfast and lunch.
Walking as main form of exercise and wellness.
Assist and accompany for household shopping.
Accompany to appointments.
Medication reminder.
Light Housekeeping.
Overall upkeep and management of household.
Care co-ordination with other carer providers.
