Top Marks Michelle

Michelle Geaney has just received her Masters in English and History.

A wonderful achievement and a tribute to her focus and hard work. Well done, Michelle. We add our congratulations to all students who navigated a complicated year of college, zoom lectures, remote links and so forth.

You’ve been amazing to get through it all.

Football Results

It’s been a banner week for the club with wins across all age categories.

Our LGFA team is continuing its dazzling debut with a strong display and win against Listowel Emmets.

The U-15 team had a great result against Skellig Rangers. A nice compensation for the parents and mentors who made the pilgrimage to South Kerry.

Brosna Seniors welcomed St. Senan’s

At senior level, Brosna welcomed St. Senan’s to Pairc na Feile on Sunday.

Brosna gave a display of point scoring that was impressive against a St Senan’s team who were missing some of their leading lights.

Both Adam Barry and Mike Finnegan racked up a tally of five points a piece. Tom McGoldrick continued to give a flawless display of free taking.  Notable on the pitch was Shane Firzmaurice and his fellow backs who cleanly defended. Full-time: Brosna 0-22.  St Senan’s 1-3.

Con Curtin Music Festival

The hills are alive with the sound of music.

Or at least they will be. Our annual festival of music will be taking place virtually over the weekend of June 25th 26th and 27th.

Follow the schedule by clicking into Facebook’s Con Curtin page where links are available to some excellent performances. Looking forward to the event.
