County League Win

Brosna had a solid win against Duagh on Friday last.

The game was a war of attrition with defensive set ups by both teams.  The low scoring FT was a testament to this game strategy.  Brosna 1- 6.  Duagh 0-5.  Roll on MiltownCastlemaine at the weekend for our next League encounter.

LGFA U-12 Crowned Division 5 Champions

Our only girls’ team were crowned Division 5 champions in a decisive win against Austin Stacks in Knocknagoshel.

Captain Amy O’Sullivan accepted the cup on behalf of her brilliant Brosna/Knock squad.  What an achievement for our newest team.

U-15s V Finuge

Drop into the football field in Brosna at 7pm on this Wednesday to see our majestic U-15s in action against Finuge. It should be a very lively encounter.

Euro 2020 Fame

The O’Connor twins, Niall and Seamus, have found international fame having been caught on camera at Wembley attending the Euro semi final Spain v Italy.

Dressed in their Kerry jerseys and with such distinctive red hair, these two icons were hard to miss.  Thanks guys for giving us so much entertainment in your many RTE interviews and for the Brosna GAA Car Raffle shout out.  You are legends!!
