Castleisland woman, Sophie Dowling has just opened her new business at No. 146 Upper Main Street, Castleisland in the course of the past week.
After studying at the Kerry School of Reflexology in 2018 she qualified in November 2019 just before the pandemic.
She has now launched her new clinic under the name Gentle Hands Reflexology.
A Holistic Therapy
“Reflexology is a holistic therapy that can be used to help treat a host of health issues from back pain and arthritis to anxiety and stress,” said Sophie.
“Reflexology will strengthen the immune system, prevent further illness and breathe life back into your body, making you feel balanced, positive and full of energy,” she said.
Calming New Clinic
Sophie hopes to continue her training regularly while adding more specialties to her repertoire.
She would be very happy for anyone to call into her haven of calm at her new clinic anytime for information or to make an appointment.
