Ballymacelligott Schools Roll Out a Céad Míle Fáilte for Minister Norma Foley

To mark the reopening of schools after the summer break, Minister for Education and Kerry TD Norma Foley visited a number of schools in the county recently.

It was a wonderful opportunity for her to meet staff and students and to wish them well for the year ahead.

Minister Foley’s tour of schools on Wednesday last, September 1st included a visit to: Flemby National School; Scoil Nuachabháil / Nohoval; Clogher National School and O’Brennan National School.

Warm Welcome

“I was so very pleased to have the opportunity to visit a number of schools in Ballymacelligott on Wednesday last. An enormous thank you for the very warm welcome I received.

“I wish all school communities well in the coming terms and look forward to the opportunity to visit many more schools in the county in the months ahead,” said Minister Foley in response to the welcomes she received on her tour of duty.
