The photo here is of our new pupils in Brosna NS. They started on Wednesday September 1st.
We have five junior infants Aibhe, Levi, Barnardo, Fionn and Charlie and one new senior infant, another Fionn.
On a rather interesting and unusual note, Fionn and Levi in junior infants are uncle and nephew respectively.
Wishing this gorgeous group of youngsters a very happy school life, learning all the good lessons not just of an academic nature.

One Small Change – 2
Be mindful of our electricity consumption. Small changes like switching off lights in unoccupied rooms, lowering the thermostat in our fridge – not everything has to be kept in arctic conditions. Turning down our heating.
Unplugging chargers when not in use. Using more efficient settings on washing machines for quicker washes.
Air dry your clothes rather than always using tumble dryers. Think about how you heat water, taking showers rather than baths.
Cooking efficiently, choosing recipes that still deliver on taste and nutrition without running ovens and hobs excessively.
If you can switch to an energy supplier that provides electricity from renewable sources that’s a good option too. Make your life choices count. You are powerful.
