Cllr. Fionnán Fitzgerald rang with news of urgency that electricity wires are down on the on the L-2017 road between Curranes National School and the Top of the Maam now. That’s the mountain road between Castleisland and Listowel.
As there is no warning signage in place and work there cannot be undertaken until morning, we are all asked to Please avoid using this road and stay indoors.
