The death has occurred of Jerry McCarthy, 64 St. Stephen’s Park, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and formerly of 4 Desmond’s Avenue, Castleisland.
Peacefully, on December 11th 2021, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, in the excellent care of the wonderful staff of the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital Kerry.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Betty, his family Neilus, Josephine, Lorraine, Denis, Lisa and J.J., sons-in-law Brendan and John, daughters-in-law Deirdre, Sharon and Yvonne, his adored twelve grandchildren, brothers: Neily, Timmy and Mike, sisters: Betty and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Predeceased by his brothers Tommy, D.D. and Dan Joe, sisters Eily, Josie and Noreen.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Requiem Mass for Jerry will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11am in Castleisland Parish Church, followed by burial in St. John’s Cemetery, Castleisland.
The Mass will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/castleisland

Please Note: Jerry’s funeral cortège will depart his residence at 10.30am Monday morning and arrive at the church for Mass at 11am and depart the church at 12 noon and travel up the Main Street en route to St. John’s Cemetery.
