The death has occurred of Patrick ‘Paddy’ Corridan, Kilmanihan, Brosna, Co. Kerry and Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick who died following an accident on Wednesday, March 2nd 2022.

Paddy, husband of the late Bridie, nee Griffin, is very sadly missed by his loving daughter Mairéad, son-in-law Gearóid, grand-daughter Bríd, sister Lucy Harnett in Dublin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, all his other relative and friends.

Paddy is pre-deceased by his brothers: Kieran, Listowel; Seán, London and sister Noreen, Abbeyfeale.

Rest In Peace.

The late Paddy Corridan was a regular at Castleisland Co-Op Mart. Officiating, with the late Con Hurley, at the Kerry Dairy Shorthorn shows and sales. 

As a dedicated Brosna GAA Club man, one of his last acts at Páirc na Féile was in late January 2020 when he help his nephew Trevor Corridan to unveil a plaque with very special significance to the Corridan family.

On that day he helped Trevor to reveal the honour the club had bestowed on Trevor’s father and Paddy’s brother Kieran.

Kieran also died tragically in a road traffic accident which happened near Renagown Cross in Lyreacrompane in June 1998

Paddy’s Funeral Arrangements

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale on Sunday from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass in The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale, on Monday at 11am.

Funeral afterwards to Reilig Íde Naofa Abbeyfeale.
