Currow Coiste Na nÓg Members Glad to be Back in Action

Currow U-17s: Our minor team has recently competed in the Keane’s SuperValu Minor County League and their results are as follows: Currow 5-9 – Cordal/Scartaglen 3-13; St .Pat’s Blennerville 2-4, Currow 4-9; Currow 0-10 – Laune Rangers B 2-14.

Currow U-15 team commenced the Lee Strand County League a few weeks back and the results have been as follows: Currow 7-11 – Castlegregory 1-05; Currow 6-08 – Duagh 1-07.

Following these two home games the team will now travel for their next three games with matches against Knock/Brosna, Kerins O’Rahillys and Tarbert. 

U-13: Our -13 team’s County League phase one has now began with two games so far. 

Unfortunately, our team has met two very strong teams in Gneeveguilla and Beale with the opposition proving too strong and were comprehensive winners.

The team has three games remaining in phase one of the league with a home game against Annascaul/Lispole on April 25th with away games to St. Michaels Foilmore on April 10th and Templenoe / Tousist on May. 8th.

U-11 Go Games  

U-11: Kerry GAA Go Games have commenced earlier this week and the following games are: Round 2: Listry vs Currow on April 24th; Round 3: Castleisland Desmond’s vs Currow on April 28th. Round 4: Currow vs Beaufort on May 5th and Round 5: Currow vs Ballyduff on May 12thAll games will take place on Thursday evenings with first named team at home.  

Starting time for all games will be at 6:30pm. 

U-9 Go Games

U9: First U9 Go Games will take place next Friday 15th April vs Listry away beginning at 6pm.

There will be more games over the coming weeks ahead when we will be playing Spa Killarney, Na Gaeil, Ballymacelligott and John Mitchels. There will be no training the following day for this team. 

U-5 and  U-7: Training continues Saturday 16th beginning at 10am.

Currow GAA Club Easter Camp 

Easter Camp: After two long years away our annual Easter Camp returns from Tuesday 19th April to Friday 22nd April

The camps will run from 10:30am to 2pm for children aged strictly six to 13 years old. Registration will take place at 10am on the morning of the camp. Prices are: €40 for one child, €25 for two children and €70 for family.  

Kellogs GAA Cul Camp

Kellogs GAA Cul Camp: The Kellogs GAA Cul Camp will take place in Currow GAA Grounds from 25th – 29th July.

Details and registration for the camp will follow in due course
