Split the Bucket Winners’ Connections Just Keep On Cropping Up

Last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket €940 cheque winner, Siobhán Hayes collecting her winnings from Peter Browne of Browne’s Bar at Saturday night’s draw.

Last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket winner, Siobhán Hayes collected her €940 cheque from Peter Browne of Browne’s Bar during Saturday night’s weekly draw.

Then Peter picked out this week’s winner and it proved that the online service is restored and there’s also a nice rugby connection with the result.

The name which Peter, a former Munster under-age rugby player himself, drew from the drum was that of Katie Murphy from Knocknagoshel who is an aunt of J.J. Hanrahan. Katie won €900 and she’ll collect her winnings at the coming Saturday night’s draw at Hughes’ Bar in Cordal at around 9pm.

How to Play Split the Bucket

Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.

You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands.
